Vasu Jain

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Vasu brings a unique combination of technical depth, business insight, and operational risk expertise. With a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering and a Master’s in Cybersecurity, he has built production-grade cloud infrastructure, deployed AI systems with governance and risk controls, and led product strategy for organizations (including a $300B AUM finance company). Experienced across operational risk management, governance, and compliance, he also develops organization-specific AI risk frameworks. From product R&D to business strategy, Vasu specializes in translating complex requirements into practical, secure, and scalable systems — building tools and processes that reflect how companies actually operate.

Milan Prajapati

Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer

Milan brings deep expertise in data engineering, machine learning, and scalable AI systems. With a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering and a Master of Professional Studies in Analytics, he has designed and deployed production AI systems across multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure). Experienced in ML pipelines, NLP, data operations, BI modules, and database architecture, he has led engineering teams in healthcare and technology startups, building solutions that integrate seamlessly with client infrastructure. Known for solving complex problems, Milan delivers customized, automated, and scalable systems that are maintainable long-term, turning technical complexity into practical, operational solutions.

Pinank Acharya

Compliance & Audit Advisor

Pinank specializes in ISO 27001 implementation, audit-readiness, and control environment strengthening across regulated and security-focused organizations. With professional experience spanning cybersecurity, compliance governance, and security assessment engagements — including work with banking and regulated SME environments — he has supported organizations in aligning technical controls with ISO 27001 requirements.

His experience includes risk assessment, control mapping, documentation development, and internal audit support, ensuring structured and defensible compliance programs. Currently active in cybersecurity practice, Pinank brings a pragmatic, implementation-focused perspective to advisory engagements, helping organizations translate ISO requirements into operationally sound and risk-aligned security practices.
